He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jermyn III and Joanne Jermyn (Ahearn). He is survived by: his children, Derek Chaffee of Bridgewater, Kenny R. Jermyn of Rhode Island and Kerry J. Jermyn of Rhode Island; his siblings, Howard G. Jermyn of Brockton, Wayne M. Jermyn of Brockton and Cheryl J. Jermyn Calabrese of South Easton; and his granddaughter Aubrey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and many many friends.
