He is survived by: his parents, John A. Maguire (Rita) of Brockton and Judi Johansen (late William) of Dennis; his brother Michael Maguire (Janelle); his nephew Ian of Eagen, MN.; his daughters, Casey and Sarah of Norton; and his stepsiblings, Richard Veno of Annapolis, MD, Kirk Veno of Taunton, Michael Veno of Brockton and Therese Garvin of Bisbee, AZ. He is also survived by friends, he also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and co-workers.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Paul Maguire to support cancer research and patient care at: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
