It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace J. (Akerblom) Duggan of Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilmer E. Akerblom and Anna J. Pierce (Johansson); her husband Joseph Duggan; her siblings, Elizabeth, Nils, Clarence, Arnold, Sydney, Lillian, June and Margaret; and her sons, Theodore Zahar and Robert Zahar.
She is survived by: her children, James Zahar (Nancy) of Taunton, Joann Duys of Brockton, Tom Zahar (Jennifer) of Marstons Mills and Jack Zahar (Lynne) of Middleboro; her grandchildren, Cheryl Zahar, Linda Zahar, Lori Zahar of Marstons Mills, Adrienne Duys Mendonca (Kevin) of Stoughton, James Zahar, Nicholas Zahar of Taunton, Robert Zahar of Somerville and Michael Zahar of Sherman Oaks, CA; and her great grandchildren, Madalynn, Jacob, Caleb, Clementine, Alyssa, Dominic and Zachary.
