He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Schluter and Duane E. Schluter (Gorman); his son Marc R. Schluter; and his sisters, Karen L. Schluter and Gretchen Tildes.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Schluter (Hurd); his son Scott C. Schluter (Sarah) of Wareham; his brother Kurt Schluter (Lee) of Lebanon, ME; his grandchildren, Justin Schluter Gavin Schluter and Emilyann Schluter; and his daughter Katherine Tildes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
