He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Jr. Offley and Charlotte Offley (Booker); his child Nova Hirsch; and his sisters, Yvonne Booker and Charlotte Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Alma M. Offley (Hall); his children, Tyrone Lewis, Charita Offley, Domita Offley of Brockton, Tyra Offley of Charlotte, NC, Charles Offley IV (Tiffany) of Brockton, Sean Offley, Nicole Connolly (Robert) of Brockton and Cherise Hicks (Francois) of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his siblings, Carole Brewster of Brockton, Robert Offley (Eleanor) of Quincy, Raymond Offley (Sandra) of Boston, Russell Offley (Lisa) and Ronald Offley of Boston. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
