It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Elizabeth McGuirk of Brighton, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Helen had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Helen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth McGuirk and James McGuirk; and her brothers, James (Rita), Raymond (Helen), William (Helen) and Jackie (Mary).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and at 8:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (321 Market St, Brighton, MA 02135). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (250 High St, Waltham, MA 02453).
