It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard E. Scott of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Scott and Phoebie Scott; and his sister Phyllis Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Scott of Bridgewater; his daughters, Nicole Zapolski (Brian) of Plymouth and Michelle Talbot (Matt) of Brockton; his grandchildren, Olivia Zapolski, Logan and Brayden Talbot; and his siblings, Walter Scott of Sagamore Beach, Paul Scott of Taunton, Ethel Matta, Hazel Blatchford, Edna McNevin, Lillian Swederskas, Ralph, Robert Stanley, Charles, John, Kenneth and Donald Scott. He is also survived by many nieces, grandnieces, nephews and grandnephews.
Due to Covid restrictions, funeral and interment will be private.
