It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Clooney of Braintree, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Clooney and Teresa J. Clooney (Skehan); and his siblings, Kathleen Dewitt and Arthur (Jacqueline Clooney). He is survived by: his family, Melissa, Barrett Kelly, Danielle, John Tierney, Shannon, Brian Hegarty and Kasey Ryan of Savin Hill; his siblings, Marie Connell of Quincy, Patricia Clooney of Dorchester, Robert (Christine Clooney) of Weymouth and John Clooney (late June) of Weymouth; his brother-in-law Robert Dewitt of Braintree; his friend Rev. John J. Unni; and also, Emma, Jack Kelly of Milton, Rocco, Lola, Sunny Tierney of Savin Hill, Finn, Rowan and Reese Hegarty of Milton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, six Godchildren, many cousins.
