She was predeceased by: her husband John S. Czebotar; her brothers, Jacob and Zigmond Filipkowski; and her parents, Antonio Filipkowski and Stephanie Filipkowski.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Sweetman (Robert D. Sweetman) of Whitinsville and John A. Czebotar (Elaine D.); her grandchildren, Rob Sweetman and Melissa Parker (Ben Parker); and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Avalon and Brielle Parker. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
