It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Mooney of Beverly, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. and Mary E. Mooney (Connolly) of Woburn, Massachusetts.; his sisters, Eleanor Dahar of Manchester, NH and Mary Kelley LeFebvre of Burlington; and his siblings-in-law, Dot Mooney of Florida, Harold "Pal" Kelley of Burlington and Willis MacKay of Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Mooney (MacKay) of Peabody; his son Richard F. Mooney, Jr. (JoAnna Mooney) of Beverly; his grandchildren, Christopher Mooney (Brianna Sullivan) of Beverly, Connor Mooney (Kelly Mooney) of Salem and Juliana Mooney (Matt Putur) of Boston; his daughter Elizabeth Mooney Cahill (Edward Cahill) of Beverly; his grandson Liam Cahill of Boston; his great grandchild Christine Mooney (Kurt Martin) of Merrimack, NH; his pets, Leo and Mickey; his siblings, Henry J. Mooney of Florida and Patricia A. Parks (Steve Parks) of Hyannis; his brothers-in-law, Victor W. Dahar of Manchester, NH and Norman LeFebvre of Burlington; and also, Kayley DeGrappo (Joseph Kerby) of Charlotte, NC and Griffin DeGrappo of Merrimack, NH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
