He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lydon and Winifred Lydon (Quinn); and his siblings, Thomas Lydon Jr. of Columbia, SC, Phyllis Lydon of St. Augustine, FL and Patricia Latham (Lydon) of Marblehead.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor (Biondi); his children, Maureen Lydon (Timothy Becker) of Hamilton, Kathleen Rantz of Danvers and Paul Lydon Jr. (Kristin); his son-in-law Joseph Rantz; his grandchildren, Emma Rantz, Timothy Becker Jr., Morgan Lydon and Paul Lydon III; and his siblings, E. Leo Lydon (Eunice) of Naples, FL and Carol Devito of Marblehead. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
