She was predeceased by: her parents, Angela Perkins (Page) and Raymond Perkins Jr.; and her pet Fluffy. She is survived by: her daughter Hillary; her son-in-law Ryan Fortin; her granddaughter Emma of Ipswich, MA.; and her siblings, Judith Lucier (Dennis) of South Yarmouth, MA, Kathleen Silva of Beverly, MA, Dana Perkins (Heidi) of Georgetown, MA and Thomas Perkins of Hyannis, MA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
