He is survived by: his parents, Richard Smith and Lisa Smith (O'Neil); his siblings, Nicole Robinson (Mike Robinson) and Kevin Smith (Caitlyn Hasenfratz); his pets, Lola and Lucy; his significant other Katherine Zanchi; his grandmothers, Bonnie O'Neil and Helen Smith; his aunts and uncles, Randy (Stephanie O'Neil), Kate (Tim Donovan), Debbie Pratt, Cindy (Joe Ciaramitaro) and Robert (Marianne Smith); his cousins, Michael (Erica), David, Kailey Pratt, Tommy (Melissa), Rachel Parisi, Zachary, Aaron, Isiah Smith, Brett, Jake, Hailey Donovan, Brooke Cleary, Wyatt and Quinn O'Neil; and his goddaughter Isabella Parisi.
