He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Amaya and Domitila Velasquez; and his sister Valentina Amaya. He is survived by: his wife Ernestina Amaya (Moreno); his children, Orlando Amaya (Estella) of Attleboro, Angel Amaya (Telma) of Attleboro, Estela Amaya (Eddie) of Attleboro, Sonia Amaya of Attleboro, Alexander Amaya (Silvia) of Attleboro, Neto Amaya (Sheila) of Attleboro, Wilson Amaya (Joanna) of Attleboro and Melissa Amaya (Franklin) of Attleboro; and his siblings, Francisco Amaya, Julio Amaya, Alberta Amaya, Ofelia Amaya, Quintin Amaya, Fidencio Amaya, Felix Amaya and Oscar Amaya. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
