He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew V. Dugan and Grace Dugan; his wife Etta Carpenter; his children, Robert Dugan (Teresa) of Miami, FL and Lynn Barry (William) of Great Barrington, MA.; his grandchildren, Jodi Barry, Tyler Barry and Jared Dugan; and his siblings, Andrew V. Dugan, Jr. and Natalie Cooper.
