He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Burns, Sr. and Irene R. Burns (Croteau); and his brother Donald Burns. He is survived by: his brothers, Raymond J. Burns, Jr., Gary P. Burns of Woonsocket and Steven P. Burns of Taunton, MA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name and honor may be made to either the American Heart Association or the National Epilepsy Foundation.
