He was predeceased by: his parents, Renzo Volterra and Germana Volterra (Levi); and his brother Judge Guy Volterra. He is survived by: his wife Marion Volterra (Sitnick); his children, Hannah Francis and Joel Volterra; his grandchildren, Owen Francis, Sonja Francis and Ava Volterra; his sister-in-law Melanie Ray; and his nieces and nephews, Gia De Saulnier (Volterra) and Josh Volterra.
