He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Henrich and Sarah Henrich; his grandparents, Gailliano and Nancy DiFrancia; and his child Maddie.
He is survived by: his friend Kristy; his caregiver Cheryl; his children, Candace Henrich, Jeremy Mendes (Jana) and Saddie; his grandchildren, Jacob Henrich, Cobey Henrich, Ailani Henrich, Allison Mendes and Elizabeth Mendes; his great grandchild Andre Jackson; and his brothers, John Henrich and Paul Henrich.
