She was predeceased by: her husbands, Alvin L. Havens and Robert E. Dean, Sr.; and her parents, Casmaro J. Jablonski and Helen H. Jablonski (Smigel). She is survived by: her sister Eileen J. Mariorenzi; her nieces, Lynda S. Silva (Carlos) of Lincoln and Brenda L. Burke (Joseph) of Warwick; her great-nieces, Alyssa M. Bonilla, Stacy L. Silva and Kayla C. Hochman; and also, Jason, Benjamin, Levi and Lydia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904 would be greatly appreciated.
