He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Roy, Sr. and Agnes Roy (Seguin); and his sibling Claire Cargill. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Shea of North Carolina, Vinny Roy of North Carolina and Raymond Roy (Victoria) of Taunton; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Cargill, Patrick Roy of Taunton, Brenda Cargill (Jennifer Sargeles) and Wendy Zagrowski (Brandy Tanguay) of Pawtucket.
