He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Germain and Phyllis Germain (McDonald); and his sister Sheryl Fouraker. He is survived by: his wife Dolly J. Germain (Norton); his son Jason "Jay" William Champagne (Victoria L.); his grandchildren, Devin Champagne of North Attleboro, MA, Isabella Champagne and Veronica Champagne of Cranston, RI.; and his siblings, James Germain of Attleboro, MA, Chris Germain of Cummaquid, MA, Anthony Germain of South Yarmouth, MA, Todd Germain of Hyannis, MA, Judy Lorange of Cummaquid, MA, Lisa Germain of Sagamore, MA, Melissa Lanoue of Marstons Mills, MA. and Gina Eldridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, his extended family and many dear friends.
