Hamel (Athol, Massachusetts), born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 7, 2019, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Leo Hamel III and Brenda Hamel Bartlett (Steven) of Athol; his sons, Jayden Chiasson and Asher Hamel; his fiancée Elizabeth Zewiey of Athol; his siblings, James Jennings of Athol, Leo Hamel IV of New Hampshire, William Hamel of Concord, NH, Keith Hamel of Gardner, Kerry Dougherty of Dracut, Crystal McCaffrey of New Hampshire, Tasha Jennings of Athol and Meaghan Hamel of Northampton; and his grandparents, Susan, William Rivers of Lowell, Mary Wyman of Tewksbury and Leo Hamel Jr. of Billerica. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
