He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur P. Hitchins and Philomena Hitchins (Grieco); his pet Duncan; his wife Sandra J. Hitchins (Fraser); his children, Todd Hitchins (Celia), Amanda Lee (Michael) and Jesse Hitchins (Andrew Luttrell); his siblings, Fred Hitchins (Deborah), Robert Hitchins (Ellen), Barbara Zeimetz (Anthony) and Kathleen Gallant (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Annika and Kellan Lee.
