He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Montgomery; and his daughter Marion Elizabeth Montgomery. He is survived by: his children, Deborah, Sandra of Tewksbury, Kenneth of Derry, NH and Barbara of Haverhill; and his grandchildren, Robert, Richard, Michael, Charlotte and Claire. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
