He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving W. Wilks and Muriel Wilks (Fenner); his brother Richard Wilks; his stepbrother Henry Cook, Jr.; and his stepmother Shirley Wilks.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wilks (Cyr); his daughters, Jessica and Shannon Wilks; his granddaughter Isabelle DeBonee; his siblings-in-law, Linda Wilks, Joyce Cyr and Michael Cyr; and also David DeBonee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
