He is survived by: his former wife Debra Dustin; his daughter Michelle Smith; his sister Monica Barnwell; his granddaughter Amanda Croisetiere; his children, Rebecca Moore (Benjamin Moore) of Agawam and Eugene D. Smith, III (Heather Smith) of Chicopee; his siblings, Robert Smith (Debbie), Richard Smith (Kathie), James Smith (Mark Pyles) and Francis Franetic (John); his grandchildren, Brittany Gilman, Ashley Deschenes and Avery Smith; his great grandchildren, Jaylani Mercado and Aurora Deschenes; his former wife Debra Belisle (Dustin); and also, Michelle Smith, Rebecca, Eugene III and Richard Belisle, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
