She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ghedi and Mary Ghedi (Pradella); her husband Alfred Forni; her son Ken Forni; and her brother Charles Ghedi.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sandi Forni; her children, Karen Forni Austin (Alfred) and Michael Forni (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Jessica Iorio (Marc), Steven Forni (Caroline), Matthew Austin, Andrew Austin (Sarah) and Nicholas Forni. She is also survived by her four great-grandchildren, and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Eleanor's name to the Agawam Senior Center or to St. John the Evangelist Church.
