She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin "Dutch" Werthamer and Norma Werthamer (Bailey); her husband Joseph Modzelewski; her son Danny; and her sister Wendy Oppenheimer.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Carrier (Doug) of Agawam and Joseph Modzelewski (Jenni) of Feeding Hills; her grandson Reid Carrier; her grandchild-in-law Acer; her granddaughter Donna Carrier; her sisters, Lisa Courtney (Paul) and Lynn Werthamer (Al Maiolatesi); her brothers-in-law, Bob Oppenheimer and Edward Modzelewski; her friend Sandy; and also Maggie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
