He is survived by: his parent Sheileen; his sons, Kai Michael and Silas; his siblings, Shannon, Tyler and Stephanie; his significant other Carli; and his grandparents, Fred, Doreen and Jef. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
