He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew G. Jorgensen and Ethel Jorgensen (Munson); his sister Anna May Twarog (Ted); and his niece Karen Twarog. He is survived by: his wife Susan Jorgensen; his children, Jennifer Moccio (Steven), Eric Jorgensen (Devin) and Todd Jorgensen (Laura); his grandchildren, Tyler, Joseph, Zachary, Sierra Moccio, Colin, Riley, Dylan and Cameron Jorgensen; his sisters, Carol Poulos (Bob) and Donna DeChristopher; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Gagne (Robert) and Walter Mitchell (Susan); and also, Dr. Gary Jacobson and Dr. Shaji Daniel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and dear friends and neighbors.
