She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Gancarz and Julia Gancarz (Gawlak); her husband Edmund A. Kieltyka; and her siblings, Katherine Bienek, Blanche Gebrowski, Adella Czubryt, Stacia Krzeminski, Rose Colley, John, Walter and Alfred Gancarz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Frost (Richard) of Adams, Millie Maxwell of Lenox, Frances Kieltyka of Gallupville and Sharyn Alibozek (Gary) of Adams; her sisters, Celia Bloniarz of Westfield and Helen Michalski of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Richard Frost (Jill) of Newton, MA, Stephanie Frost (Stephen Norton), Michael Smollar (Larissa) of Media Pennsylvania, Karey Gallagher (John) of Washington, DC., Jennifer Maxwell of Lenox, Kimberly Maxwell (Sean Ruhlen) of Honolulu Hawaii, Ashton Alibozek (Kelley) of Adams and Garrett Alibozek of Adams; and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Noah Reynolds Frost, James, Ellie, Abigail Gallagher, Juliana Smollar, Carson Alibozek and Leo Jasper Maxwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to current regulations, use of face masks and social distancing will be strictly enforced at the cemetery.
