He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Horn and Viola Horn (Taft); his siblings, Charles Horn, Joan Hyndman and Bertha Horn; and his niece Denise Mekdeci.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. "Betty" Kut; his children, Carleen Horn of Adams, Lisa Fournier (Peter) of Cheshire, Thomas H. Horn, Jr. (Dawn) of Adams and John Horn (Kelly) of Adams; his grandchildren, Michael Foster (Laura), Adam Lemoine (Eddie Roireau), Hayden Lemoine, Benjamin Fournier, Noah Fournier, Samantha Horn and Justin Horn; and his siblings, Harry Horn of Adams and Beverly Reagan of Keene, NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
