He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Livsey and Marion Livsey Rathbun (Waterman); his son Ronald John Livsey; and his brother Brian Livsey. He is survived by: his wife Diana (Desanty); his sons, Thomas A. Livsey, Jr. and Mark Livsey (Marlo); his sisters, Cheryl Golka, Nancy Cardimino (Dave) and Sandy Livsey (Mike); his grandchildren, Samantha, Elizabeth, Joshua and Aaron; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Stevie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
