She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew Kolis and Catherine Kolis (Strzepek); and her siblings, William, Theodore, Edmond, Frederick, Donald, Frank Kolis, Mildred Zatorski, Isabelle Lanski and Adella Carignan.
She is survived by: her husband John J. Blazejewski; her children, John Blazejewski (Irene) of Orlando, FL and Susan Gancarz of Durham, NC; her great grandchildren, Jonathan and Jacob Gancarz; and her sisters, Blanche Hoellerich of Cheshire, Ilene LaFrance of Cheshire and Jane Gilman of Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
