She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Sworzen and Jeannette Sworzen (Ziemba). She is survived by: her children, Nicholas and Katelyn Kmon of Adams; and her siblings, Joseph Sworzen (Stephanie) of Adams, Barbara Dow (Robert) of Adams and Janice Brown (David) of Adams. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
