She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Janowski and Sophie Janowski (Tomkiewicz); her siblings, Frank Janowski, Helen, Blanche Janowski, Mildred Chalmers McGlynn, Harriet Herman Pelcynski, Josephine Bugbee, Stacia Hartlage and Mary Janowski; and her nephews, John "Boots" Hartlage and Thomas Chalmers.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Donna Hartlage of Adams, Linda Hartlage of North Adams, Beverly Hartlage Souza of Okeechobee, FL, Dawn Chalmers Gillespie (Robert) of Newburyport, MA, William Herman (Bobbi), Charles Hartlage of North Adams, Bruce Hartlage (Susan) of Springfield and Glen Chalmers (Amy) of Carolina Beach, NC..
All attending must wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
