He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Kozik and Adele Kozik (Rymarski). He is survived by: his wife Doreen St (Holt); his children, Paul Kozik (Jo-Anne Sebastino) of Windsor, John Kozik (Ann) of Savoy and Ann Koczela (Brian) of Windsor; and his sister Barbara McKenna (James) of Adams. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
