It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denise M. Swistak of Adams, Massachusetts, born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Boillat and Irene Boillat (Lussier) of North Adams; her husband Stanley; her stepdaughters, Lisa Marie and Laurie Ann; her siblings, A. Paul Boillat (Cheryl) and Debra Perras (George) of North Adams; her nieces and nephews, Matthew Boillat (Kelsey) of Clarksburg, Jesse Boillat (Ashley) of Glastonbury, CT., Michelle Perras (Slowick) and Teresa Perras; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Phoebe Boillat, Cam Slowick and Shawn Perras; her siblings-in-law, Dolores Farrar (Ralph) and John Swistak (Alexandra); her nephew Thomas Nazzewski; and her niece Terri Flood.

Funeral services, observing strict state and federal COVID-19 guidelines, will be held on Wednesday, June 10th, at 11:00 AM in the PACIOREK FUNERAL HOME, 13 Hoosac St. Adams.
