She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Elio Forte), Bruno (Nancy Trzcinski), Karen (Phillip White), Franklin (Patti Trzcinski), John (Maria Trzcinski) and Bonnie (Donald Pero); her grandchildren, Anthony Forte, Angelo Forte, Jessica White, Phillip White, Kristin O'Brien, Jennifer Given, Laura Girard, Matthew Trzcinski, Micaela Trzcinski, Kyle Pero, Kelsy Nixon, Kailey Pero and Keith Pero; her great grandchildren, Grayson Forte, Olivia Forte, Aiden Orlowsky, Lily Orlowsky, Gracie Kearsley, Harper Klanderud, Macie O'Brien, Henry O'Brien, Sophia O'Brien, Rosie Given and Liza Girard; her friend Betty Pero; and her pet Kitty.
