She was predeceased by: her parents, Bartholomew McAndrews and Mary Jane McAndrews (Ryan); her daughter Martha Stewart; and her siblings, John, Bart McAndrews and Rita McAndrews.
She is survived by: her husband Chester T. Ciuk; her children, Mary Ciuk of Adams and James Ciuk of Weehawken, NJ; and her siblings, James McAndrews of Attleboro and Marijane Pansecchi of Adams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests the omission of flowers and suggests memorial donations may be made to the Adams Council on Aging, 3 Hoosac St., Adams, MA 01220.
