She was predeceased by: her sons, Gerald Cafarelli and Robert Cafarelli; her siblings, Rita Chase, Mary Sarristo, Susan Fontaine, James Coady and Charles Coady; and her parents, James F. Coady and Mary Ellen Coady (O'Keefe).
She is survived by: her son Peter Cafarelli of Clinton; and her siblings, Janet Chase (Al) of Marlborough and William Coady of Adams. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
