He was predeceased by: his parent William R.; his wife Betsy Cooke (Ketchum); and his son Scott Cooke. He is survived by: his parent Margaret E. Cooke (Kelso); his sons, Robert Cooke of Acton and David Cooke of Georgetown; and his granddaughters, Marisa and Hayley.
