She is survived by: her husband Roger Winsby; her children, Alexandra (Myles Bisi) of New York and Joseph (Monica Welle) of Miami; her grandchildren, Thea, Emilia, Rhys and Beatrice; and her brothers, Daniel Sliger of Pittsburgh and Edward Sliger of Roseville California.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Joslin Diabetes Center (http://www.joslin.org.
