He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. and Dorothy M. Regan; and his brother John M.. He is survived by: his wife Joan N. (Breton); and his children, Kathleen (Joseph Carroll) of New London, NH, David (Patricia) of Merrimack, NH, Kevin (Eva) of Westford, MA, Brian (Susan) of Fitchburg, MA and Timothy (Margaret) of Maynard, MA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
