We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2020, Carolyn Ann Hoff (Acton, Massachusetts), born in Norwood, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bartley J. Connolly and Eleanor M. Connolly (Thayer); her sons, Stephen P. Hoff (Kathryn Flinner) of Lowell and Christopher P. Hoff (Andrea) of Chelmsford; and her grandchildren, Kyra Hoff of Chelmsford, Nicholas and Elizabeth Hoff of Lowell. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Carolyn was a strong believer that we should all "do for the living" so in lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the charity of your choice.
