She is survived by: her parents, George Newman and Frances Newman (Johnston); her husband Skip; her brother Don Newman; her sister-in-law Jill Newman; and her children, Lynn, Rockwell, Catherine Veazey, Barbara, DeWall, Dawn, Seward and Scott. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
