He is survived by: his wife Vivian Dixon Worsham; his children, Melissa Roark (Lance Roark) and Lewis Brumfield (Renee Brumfield); his grandchildren, Kayla Brumfield, Jacob Roark and Dylan Roark; and his great grandchildren, Troy Talley, Hunter Talley and Parker Flint.
