He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Fisher and Viola Fisher; his brother Bert; and his sisters-in-law, Sherry Ann Fisher and Margaret Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Ott Fisher; his children, Ray Fisher Jr. (Jeanelle) and Renee Caldwell (Jim); his siblings, Billy Fisher and Martha Bridges (Wiley); and his grandchildren, Jackson Fisher, Samantha Fisher and Kathleen Caldwell.
