She is survived by: her daughters, Mistie Stephens (Bruce) and Kristi Hornsby (Starr); her mother Verl Blankenship; her grandchildren, Reiley Hornsby Nunez (Brady), Hudson Hornsby (Eden Robinson), Christopher Stephens, Chapman Hornsby (Katie) and Stella Hornsby; her great grandchildren, Lynnon Nunez and Navy Nunez; her siblings, Jan Miller (Tom), Artie Smith (Myron) and Jay Kern (Suzette); and her nieces and nephews, Aubrey Myers (Troy), David Dearman (Megan), Alex Kern (Lauren) and Tara Kern. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
