He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Jenkins, Sr. and Ruby Phillips Howard; his grandparents, Abraham Phillips, Hannah Davis, Paul Jenkins, Sr. and Annie Jenkins; his brothers, Frank Henry Jenkins and Don G Howard; and his nephew Joshua Paul Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Howard Williams, Jackie Maloise Howard, Grover Howard (Ethel), Perry Howard (Jean), Lee Howard (Warnetta), Otis Howard and Hiram Jenkins (Patrice). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
